Exhibit Proposal for the Ottawa Jewish Archives

As part of my Exhibition Development course in Algonquin’s Applied Museum Studies program, in 2017 my fellow students and I created an exhibition proposal and accompanying educational programming for the Ottawa Jewish Archives. The Ottawa Jewish Archives is housed in the Soloway Jewish Community Centre, and they requested an exhibit about Jewish store owners in the Byward Market from the 1930s to the 1950s that was feasible for the archives to build and produce in their  budget. The following is the audience analysis, and a sample panel from the exhibit proposal.
